cups strawberries, hulled and sliced

cup strawberry preserves
½
cup ketchup

tbsp. honey

tbsp. soy sauce

tbsp. lemon juice
2
tbsp. ground ginger
½
tsp. hot sauce

tsp. salt

tbsp. green onions, chopped
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until smooth. Pour the sauce into a jar and chill, covered, until ready to use. Makes 2 cups
