A fondue consists of melting and blending ingredients. For
dipping have bite-size pieces of fresh pineapple, peaches, cake, and
always beautiful strawberries. Wash and drain strawberries but leave
caps and stems on.
Chocolate
and Honey Fondue

cup Chocolate chips

cup cream or evaporated milk

cup honey
Carefully
heat all ingredients until well blended.

cup cream or evaporated milk

tbsp. Tia Maria or Kahlua, optional
Carefully
heat all ingredients until well blended.

tbsp. Cornstarch

cup strawberries, pureed
½
cup confectioner’s icing sugar
Combine
cream and cornstarch. Add pureed strawberries and confectioner’s icing
sugar. Heat and blend until mixture thickens.
Serve
with bite-size pieces of fruit, French bread, cake, or biscuits.
