Berry Ice

 8 cups strawberries or raspberries

1 tbsp. Orange juice

2 cups sugar

4 cups water

          Puree fruit; add orange juice. Combine sugar and water and simmer 5 minutes. Add pureed fruit. Freeze. Mixture should be stirred several times before it freezes hard.

Serves: 8
